Thank you for shopping at NOCO 3D Factory. We take great pride in our 3D-printed products, including our model plane kits, articulated animal keychains, dragons, snakes, and mystery eggs.
Because many of our items are custom manufactured to your specific color and model choices, we enforce a structured Return and Refund Policy to balance our manufacturing costs with customer satisfaction. Please review our terms below before making a purchase..
1. Terms and State of Return
- Return Window: Customers have thirty (30) days from the verified delivery date to initiate a request for a return, replacement, or refund.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unopened and in their original, unused condition.
- Model Airplane Kits: Must remain completely untouched and intact inside their original outer kit card frame. If any pieces have been popped out, the item is no longer eligible for a return.
- Articulated Items & Mystery Eggs: Must be completely unplayed with, unaltered, and free of any user-inflicted breakages, structural modifications, or heat damage.
2. Acceptable Reasons for Return
Because our production queue is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for general change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal filament color preferences.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: The item arrived broken, fractured, or split due to carrier handling.
- Manufacturing Defects: Severe structural failures that prevent the item from articulating or functioning as intended (e.g., completely fused joints on an articulated dragon straight out of the box). Minor cosmetic layer lines or color transitions naturally inherent to the 3D printing process are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Product: You received a completely different model, size, or color variant than what was originally ordered.
3. How to Initiate a Return (The Process)
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please use the following steps to submit a request:
- Contact Support: Send an email to noco3dfactory@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Provide Order Details: Include your full name, your order number, and a brief description of why you are requesting a return or replacement.
- Submit Photographic Evidence: You must attach clear photos showing the damage, the defect, or the incorrect item received. For model planes, the photo must clearly prove the kit remains entirely unbroken inside its card frame.
- Return Shipping: If a physical return is deemed necessary, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and instructions via email. Do not ship items back to our Loveland facility without receiving prior written authorization from management.
4. The Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our shop and inspected to confirm it is unopened and unaltered, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, a financial refund will be processed immediately back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or electronic payment processor).
- Duration: Depending on your banking institution, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to post to your account.
- Replacement Alternative: For items explicitly damaged in transit, you can opt to receive a brand-new replacement print at no extra charge instead of a financial refund. We will prioritize printing your replacement item to get it to you quickly.
